About Wendy
Bean Counters is run by Wendy Tate who is a an AAT Licensed Accountant as well as being a Member of the International Association of Accounting Professionals (IAAP) and also a Fellow of the International Association of Bookkeepers (IAB), and is a Xero Gold Champion Partner.
Wendy was proud to hold the post of Chair of AAT Northampton Branch for 5 years only resigning to work on projects directly with the AAT Education Team as a subject expert in the areas of bookkeeping and computerised accounts.
Wendy was featured in the Daily Mirror careers section in April 2021 and is the proud winner of the following awards:

Wendy worked for many years for a local marketing company collaborating closely with blue chip publishers including Financial Times, Money Facts, Haymarket and EMAP among others. This wealth of experience in the corporate sector enables Wendy to offer practical advice to clients.
In her spare time Wendy loves nothing more than time with the family and especially treasures time with her wonderful Grandsons. To relax Wendy loves reading, gardening and crocheting some might say the crochet is a bit of an obsession!!
